Internship: Learn and work side-by-side with Flock.
If you love being outdoors, having your hands in the soil, and expanding your gardening skills, consider joining Flock’s Fall Internship in the picturesque Finger Lakes region of New York.
This unpaid 2- or 4-week internship (20 hrs/week) will take place in Fall 2026 (September–October)—our busiest season. You’ll work alongside the Flock team on fall projects while still having free time to explore the land or the surrounding area.
-

Residencies: Get Sustained, Uninterrupted Work Done.
Flock will host 1–2 Residency Programs tentatively in Fall 2026 and 2–4 in 2027, designed for emerging and professional visual creators, makers, writers, garden designers, ecologists, and horticulturalists seeking focused, uninterrupted time to work in a nature-rich setting—without sacrificing modern-day comfort.
Residents will be required to go through an application process. Residencies are offered for intervals, accommodating up to two residents at a time.
-

Fellowship: Collaborate with Flock on a Creative Project.
Flock’s Fellowship Program offers selected professional creatives the opportunity to collaborate with our team on a predefined creative project. Fellowships are designed for artists, designers, writers, ecologists, horticulturalists, and other creators eager to co-develop meaningful work that will live and evolve within Flock’s landscape.
Fellows are nominated and chosen through a highly selective process based on a Fellow’s interest, specific skillset, past works and creative corpus. An RFP or preliminary proposal may be required based on the project.
